We are a young team from Liptov dedicated to the complete management of holiday properties and accommodation facilities. We approach every property personally and responsibly, with a focus on consistently high-quality results.
Our approach is based on practical experience gained while building and managing our own accommodation. We understand the everyday needs of operations as well as the expectations of owners and guests. We know what drives visitor satisfaction, excellent reviews and successful accommodation throughout the year.
Every property is unique, so we tailor the scope and method of management to its needs, location and the owner’s expectations. Our goal is to care for it thoroughly and preserve a high standard for owners and guests over the long term.
We provide owners with a complete service — from professional presentation, pricing and reservation management to guest communication, accommodation preparation, cleaning and regular property checks. Cooperation setup and preparation
We will prepare a strategy for the specific location and agree on performance-based commission or fixed-fee cooperation. The agreed terms will be set out in a lease or mandate agreement prepared by a law firm.

We coordinate daily operations, regular checks, maintenance and every practical task. Owners have a clear overview and guests always find accommodation ready for them.
Marketing and promotion
We provide professional photography, an appealing presentation and promotion on social media. We list accommodation primarily on portals that truly matter for its location and target audience.
Reservations and pricing
We manage availability and reservations across portals. We continuously set and optimise prices based on season, demand and occupancy so the property performs at its best.
High-standard cleaning
We take pride in a high standard of cleaning. Our accommodation ratings on booking portals average around 9.9. Before every guest arrival, we check cleanliness, linen, supplies and every important detail.
Guest communication and care
We communicate with guests from booking through departure. We provide clear instructions, local recommendations, assistance during their stay and quick solutions to unexpected situations.
Contracts and administration
We handle contracts, guest records, foreign guest registration with the foreign police, and the recording and payment of local accommodation taxes. At the end of each month, we send owners accommodation performance statistics. Under a fixed-payment arrangement, owners receive a fixed sum each month, while under a commission-based arrangement, their payout depends on the property’s performance that month.
