How we obtain your personal data
We most often obtain your personal data directly from you as our clients. In this case, providing personal data is voluntary; refusing to provide some personal data may affect the quality of the service provided. We may also obtain your personal data from publicly available sources, public authorities or other persons.
If you are not our client, we generally obtain your personal data from our clients or from other public or lawful sources. In that case, we may obtain personal data about you without informing you, and even against your will, on the basis of our legal authorisation and obligation to practise our profession.
Your rights as a data subject
If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Regardless of this, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data at any time.
As a client, you have the right to request access to your personal data and to request its correction. If we process personal data while providing services, neither you as a client nor another natural person (for example, a counterparty) has the right to object to such processing under Article 22 GDPR.
